Company

Formed in March 2009 from the restructuring of the Guangdong Agricultural Means of Production Corporation, a provincial farm-supply company with more than seventy years of history. It sells fertiliser, crop protection, seeds and seedlings and farm machinery, and runs warehousing, logistics and agricultural services; it ranks sixth nationally among farm-supply distributors (AAAAA).

Tianhe works grower-first and crop by crop under a model of contract farming with full-cycle services, linking seed, standardised growing, cold chain, sales and a digital platform. For 2026 it plans 550,000 mu around five crops: rice, maize, potato, beans and sweet potato.

Gaozhou longan

Contract supply 1,000 t a year

About one in ten longans in China comes from Gaozhou: 330,000 mu, 220,000 t a year. Chuliang (gold medal, geographical indication) and late-ripening Shuangmamu; large fruit, small seed, travels well.

Cross-border cold chain

Into pre-cooling within 2 hours of picking, fruit-core temperature monitored; reefer containers at 0–5 °C throughout, GPS and live temperature tracking with automatic alarms.

After-sales and claims

Damage criteria agreed in advance by rot and moisture loss, with photo and video records; cross-border transit insurance; minor quality issues settled by discount, top-up or reshipment.

Traceability and inspection

Graded by size, ripeness and appearance; residue sampling on every lot; phytosanitary certificates and import documents prepared in advance; reserve samples kept for inspection at the port of arrival.

Market support and fulfilment

Harvest and shipment in lots to match demand, small short-notice orders for lychee and longan; labels in the importer's language; packaging built for long hauls; price and preference information shared with buyers.
