More than office space — a base of operations for entering Central Asia
不只是办公空间,是中资企业进入中亚的实体大本营
The China–Central Asia Trade & Investment Service Center sits in central Almaty as the sinokaz platform’s physical presence in Central Asia. It is a workspace for Chinese teams in the region, a fixed venue for reception, negotiation, signing and roadshows, and a relay node connecting local Kazakh government and business resources.
The Center maintains long-term cooperation with the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA). Its operator NACOFEC is Kazakhstan’s national cooperative association, integrating agricultural cooperatives and commercial networks across the country to provide institutional government-and-business resource support.

Why Almaty: Central Asia’s densest gateway to China
Why Almaty — the densest aviation hub in Central Asia, with the easiest access to China
As Kazakhstan’s former capital, Almaty enjoys Tian Shan snow views and a “garden city” reputation, and is Central Asia’s largest financial, cultural and trade center. From here you can reach neighboring Central Asian countries in 1–2 hours and return to major Chinese cities in 5–6 hours.
Almaty is also home to Air Astana’s headquarters, offering the region’s only international-grade high standard of service. With 14-day visa-free entry for Chinese citizens, Almaty is the most suitable “business home base” for Chinese teams entering Central Asia — flexible scheduling, easy China linkage and the ability to manage business across several countries at once.
